Luiz Alberto Colonna Rosman and Luciano de Souza Leão, partners of Rosman, Penalva, Souza Leão, Franco, Vale Advogados have helped Italian utilities company Enel buy a 74% stake in Brazil’s largest power distributor Eletropaulo for 5.6 billion Reais (US$1.4 billion), acting as advisors to Enel in all legal matters regarding the competitive tender offer proceedings, including discussing strategies with Enel’s consultants and legal work with Enel’s leading counsel Cescon Barrieu.
